- Clean, fresh water

- A soft, wet cloth

- A stiff, bristle brush

2. The process

1. Start by removing the stingray's venomous barb. Use a pair of pliers or gloves to avoid getting stung.

2. Cut off the stingray's tail, being careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges.

3. Flip the stingray over and remove its internal organs.

4. Rinse the stingray inside and out with fresh water.

5. Place the stingray in a large pot or stockpot and cover with water.

6. Add 1/2 cup of vinegar or lemon juice to the water.

7. Bring the pot of water to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.

8. Cook the stingray for 30 minutes.

9. Remove the stingray from the pot and allow it to cool.

10. Once cooled, you can now skin the stingray. Start by peeling back the skin at the tail end and then work your way up. The skin should come off easily.

11. Cut the stingray meat into small pieces and enjoy!
